Around a minute later, Nhiwatiwa parked his car, walked up to her, exposed his genitals and urinated on her while filming the incident with his cellphone. Afterward, he got back in his car and drove away.

 

According to the report, Nhiwatiwa urinated on the girlโ€™s head, upper body and legs. When the girl asked him, โ€œwhat his problem was?โ€ Nhiwatiwa reportedly responded, โ€œWhatโ€™s your problem b*tch?โ€ and then walked away while continuing to film her.

 

The seventh-grader called her mother on FaceTime and told her what had occurred and then walked home. The girlโ€™s mother gathered the urine-soaked clothing, placed it in a plastic bag and went to the Euclid Police Department to make a report, authorities said. The mother said that a records room employee told her there were no available officers at the time to take a report, but she could wait if she wanted to. The mother was told that a one-hour wait time was probable. The mother and her daughter decided they would return to report the incident at a later time. She dropped her daughter off at school and returned to work, then later completed a written statement.

 

When reached for comment at the time of the charges, Cleveland Police Union President Jeff Follmer refused to decry the officerโ€™s alleged actions, saying on that โ€œhe deserves his day in court like everyone else.โ€

Migrant arrivals in Europe from Turkey nearly double in 2019

 

70,000 migrants have made it to the European Union from Turkey this year, according to a confidential EU report, prompting some to question whether the EU-Turkey refugee deal has fallen apart completely.

 

The confidential EU report shows that the number of migrants and asylum seekers whoโ€™ve successfully crossed over into the EU from Turkey this year has nearly doubled in comparison to 2018, Die Welt reports.

 

From January to mid-December, 70,002 migrants from Turkey reached the European Union, marking an increase of 46 percent compared to the same period last year.

 

Close to 68,000 of those migrants made their way to from Turkey to Greece via the Aegean Sea. Today, most are living in the overcrowded migrant camps on Greeceโ€™s islands. The remaining migrants are said to have made it Italy, Cyprus, and Bulgaria.

 

30 percent of new arrivals came from Afghanistan, whereas the number of asylum applications from Syria was just 14 percent. Pakistanis, Iraqis, and Turkish citizens made up 9.5 percent, 8 percent, and 5 percent of asylum seekers, respectfully.

 

Migrant reception centers on Greeceโ€™s Aegean islands have come under intense pressure in the past year. To cope with the constant inflow of new arrivals, the Greek government has been forced to transfer thousands of migrants onto the mainland. From the beginning of this year to mid-December, 34,000 migrants have been transfered to the Greek mainland.

 

The quickly worsening situation in Greece has prompted many European politicians to question whether the EU-Turkey deal has unraveled entirely.

 

Under the agreement, Turkey is required to take back migrants whoโ€™ve passed through its territory to make it to Europe and to prevent migrants from crossing to Europe. In return, the European Union pays Turkey โ‚ฌ6 billion to help with the Syrian refugee crisis. Despite the EU paying this, Ankara has continually complained that the bloc is not doing enough.

Michigan Sues Opioid Distributors Under Drug Dealer Law

 

LANSING, Mich. (CN) โ€“ Michigan sued a group of opioid distributors Tuesday under a law used to go after illegal drug traffickers, becoming the first state in the nation to treat the pharmaceutical companies like drug dealers in court.

 

The complaint โ€“ filed in Wayne County Circuit Court by the Michigan attorney generalโ€™s office along with Michigan-based Sam Bernstein Law Firm and nationwide firm Baron & Budd โ€“ claims Cardinal Health, McKesson Corporation, AmerisourceBergen and Walgreens knowingly failed to control the flow of addictive opioids into the black market, fueling the massive opioid epidemic.

 

โ€œAs the distributors of controlled substances, defendants have special responsibilities to ensure that those drugs did not get into the wrong hands, and to protect the Michigan communities that those companies purport to serve,โ€ the complaint states.

 

According to the complaint, however, the drugs companies โ€œused their licenses to distribute controlled substances in Michigan as a cover for what is essentially a criminal enterprise.โ€

 

The distributors achieved this, Michigan says, by marketing and selling opioid medications well beyond their legitimate medical uses and not taking steps to stop the flood of illicit opioids coming from suspicious orders when they were identified.

 

The crux of Michiganโ€™s suit revolves around the stateโ€™s Drug Dealer Liability Act, first put in place by the Legislature in 1994. The actโ€™s two central principles establish liability based on illegal drugs entering the market in any capacity and focus on โ€œthe ultimate harm to society caused by the illegal drug marketโ€ rather than a specific determination of how the harm was caused or limiting its scope to a particular drug sale, according to the complaint.

 

The companiesโ€™ failure or unwillingness to stem the tide of black market opioids flowing into Michigan from suspicious orders that they either did not report or notice contributed to the public health epidemic in the state, the lawsuit states.

 

The Washington Post reported that over 2 billion pills were distributed in Michigan between 2006 and 2012 alone. According to the lawsuit, there were 2,036 opioid-related overdoses in Michigan last year.

 

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel blasted the drug distributors in a statement Tuesday.

 

โ€œThese companies knowingly and deliberately used their licenses to distribute drugs in our state without controls,โ€ she said.

 

Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer said Tuesday that โ€œthe opioid crisis is hurting families from downtown Detroit all the way to the Upper Peninsulaโ€ and applauded Nesselโ€™s litigation, saying it is one of many steps necessary to fulfill Whitmerโ€™s goal of reducing opioid deaths in Michigan by 50% over the next five years.

 

The key to the damages sought in the suit is the claim that the drug companies knowingly participated in the illegal distribution of drugs and failed to control the public nuisance created by the saturation of prescription opioids available in the black market, acquired via their distribution channels.

Any group or organisation striving to shed light on, or expose Israelโ€™s crimes against Palestinians, is considered a threat by the apartheid state occupying Palestine. Therefore, they are unlawfully hostile towards such groups โ€“ no matter how timid and toothless they are in their criticisms.

 

Amnesty International recently noted that the trend of Israeli attacks on it has been escalating in recent years.

 

The latest such action was an arbitrary travel ban on one of their own Palestinian staff members, Laith Abu Zeyad.

 

In October, he was banned from travelling from the Israeli-occupied West Bank to Jordan, in a clear act of punishment, for his help in exposing Israeli human rights abuses. On 18 FEB-2019, an anon found, and Q confirmed, the security camera from which the London Pics were taken at Victoria Embankment. The image that Q confirmed was from Google Maps Streetview, MAY-2012. The docking station for bike hires can be seen in the lower right corner of the image - or the corner of the junction, Whitehall Gardens side. There are other pics available from other sources that confirm the general features of that scene at that general time.

 

The next available date in Streetview for that area is MAY-2014. The security camera is not in its place. It does return in the next four (4) available dates, JULY-2014, AUG 2014, MAY 2015, and JUL-2016. Then it is gone again for the next four (4) available dates including the latest, MAY-2019. And prior to MAY-2012 the camera was in its place for the three (3) previous available dates of AUG-2009, JUL-2008, and JUN-2008.

 

What does this means for the time range discussed previously?

 

Some part of MAY-2014 can be ruled out as having been used to take the Q photos, such as those in NSA Traf CAM ROT1 and NSA Traf CAM ROT2 (see Q 1423). Beyond JUL-2016 there is no security camera from which to have taken photos, it would seem, based on the available images.

 

I thought to add this to the record because these are gaps that may be significant -- or may become significant.

 

As far as the estimated time range within which these particular Q London pics might have been taken, these gaps occurred before and after the Autumn/Winter of 2014 and so would have no impact.

 

IDK if there may be other significance as of yet.

Since 1980s, U.S. Government Agency Has Paid Over $4B for Vaccine Related Injuries and Death. Still Want a Flu Shot?

 

Many Americans are not aware that there is a National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for those who have been injured by flu shots and other vaccinations. This is why Donald Trump and many others are opposed to mandatory vaccinations, especially for โ€œThe Fluโ€ which isnโ€™t usually fatal.

 

As of last year, over $4 billion had been paid out for vaccine injuries and deaths:

 

A Dec. 1, 2018 update by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) on the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) reported that the total amount of awards to children and adults who have been injured or died after receiving federally recommended childhood vaccines has surpassed $4 billion.1 2

 

The VICP was created by Congress under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 as a federal compensation system alternative to vaccine injury lawsuits filed in civil court.3

 

According to an article published in Fair Warning, almost no media attention has been given to payouts made to vaccine victims by the government, which are adjudicated in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (also known as โ€œVaccine Courtโ€).1 Fair Warning points out that one of the reasons that the โ€œVaccine Courtโ€ works in relative obscurity is because public health officials maintain that โ€œvaccines provide vast public health benefitsโ€ and are reluctant to talk about vaccine casualties for fear that publicity about vaccine injury compensation awards would dissuade the public from getting vaccinated.1

 

The HRSA report reveals that over the past 30 years (since 1989), the VICP has received 20,123 petitions claiming vaccine injury and death, out of which 18,000 claims have been resolved. Of those 17,576 cases, 6,313 cases (about two out of three claims) have received compensation awards via settlements or judgments.1 2 Nevertheless, HRSA does not acknowledge that vaccine injuries are rare and estimates that one person has been compensated for every million doses distributed in the United States.1 However, HRSA fails to acknowledge that there is no mechanism for measuring how many injuries and deaths after vaccination have occurred but have never been reported.

 

The issue at hand is that the number of petitions to the VICP has dramatically increased over the last few years. Approximately $1 billion (a quarter of the total amount of payout since 1989) has been given out to vaccine-injured victims in just the last four years.1

 

Fair Warning quotes Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of The National Vaccine Information Center, who said, โ€œWeโ€™re bitterly disappointed. In my view, this has been turned into stockholderโ€™s dream and a consumerโ€™s worst nightmare,โ€1 She noted that two thirds of petitioners to the VICP are turned away, which deviates from the original purpose of the VICPโ€”to presume causation unless there is another biologically plausible explanation for the injury or death following vaccination.1

 

In 2014, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) was critical of the VICP, pointing out that most claims took multiple yearsโ€”some more than a decadeโ€”to be resolved.4

 

Flu-like symptoms are also common with Microwave Sickness, a federally recognized illness (see 1, 2) and Electromagnetic Sensitivity, a federal recognized disability (see 1, 2). These conditions are caused or worsened by exposure to Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) including cell phone and WiFi radiation.

China routinely broke federal law by not disclosing how much it spent to publish regime propaganda in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and other newspapers, an expert review of foreign agent registration filings concluded.

 

China Daily, an official mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party, has published hundreds of propaganda articles designed to look like ordinary news stories in some of America's most influential newspapers. While foreign agents may place ads in the United States, the propaganda outlet has repeatedly violated the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) by failing to provide full disclosures about its purchases.

 

China Daily has published propaganda in mainstream outlets for decades, but did not disclose its purchases of space in American newspapers to the Department of Justice until 2012. Even after it began acknowledging its relationship with the papers, the regime mouthpiece continued to violate federal disclosure requirements. China Daily has failed to provide breakdowns of spending activities and withheld copies of online ads, among other omissions that violate federal law, according to experts who reviewed years of its FARA filings.

 

The Washington Free Beacon reviewed all of the physical copies of China Dailyโ€˜s ads filed with the DOJ, as well as online ads the propaganda outlet did not submit to the department. China Daily has run more than 700 online ads designed to look like news articles and purchased 500 print pages in six American newspapers over the last seven years. These propaganda articles frame state oppression in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hong Kong in a positive light and run alongside actual news stories produced by reporters at the Post, Times, Wall Street Journal, and other outlets.

 

Rep. Jim Banks (R., Ind.), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, has frequently criticized China Daily, arguing that the newspaper should not be distributed to the offices of members of Congress. He said American newspapers traded credibility for ad revenue.

 

"These outlets claim to support democracy, but they've participated in a cover-up for an ongoing communist-run genocide," Banks said. "It's disgusting."

Detroit is one of Americaโ€™s most important cities. Its contributions to our national economy and culture are invaluable. But the city would not be what it is without its people.

 

The citizens of Detroit have rightfully earned a reputation across the country as well as around the world for being hardworking and no nonsense. They make the city the vital hub of manufacturing, finance, tech, trade and health care that it is today.

 

However, Detroit also suffers from some of the worst violent crime in America. For that reason, I came here this week to announce Operation Relentless Pursuit, a Trump administration initiative designed to reduce violent crime in some of Americaโ€™s toughest cities.

 

Joining me were the heads of the FBI, ATF, DEA and U.S. Marshals Service. We traveled here in order to together voice our support for the people of Detroit, who for far too long have endured an epidemic of violent crime. Operation Relentless Pursuit will combine the efforts of these federal partners and assist local law enforcement with its ongoing effort to restore order in Detroit.

 

The magnitude of this operation cannot be underestimated. For the first time in recent memory, the Department of Justice is simultaneously connecting all four major federal law-enforcement agencies to the places that most need attention. This initiative was designed to update and enhance the best crime-fighting techniques from the last thirty years โ€” techniques that were largely abandoned by previous presidential administrations.

 

For decades, the violent-crime rate in America steadily fell. Then suddenly in 2015 and 2016, our country witnessed its steepest increase in murders since 1971 โ€” a nearly 20% spike. In fact, all violent crime increased, a backslide that was exacerbated by a variety of new challenges to policing, including โ€œreformsโ€ that offered leniency to violent offenders, an explosion of anti-police rhetoric, and a surge in assaults on police officers. In 2016 alone, the number of officers shot and killed in the line of duty skyrocketed by 44 percent.

 

Michigan followed the national trend, suffering staggering escalations in violent crime including murder, aggravated assault, and rape. In 2015, there were over 7,100 reported rapes in the Great Lakes State, nearly surpassing the all-time peak from 25 years prior.

 

From his first day in office, ending this national crime wave was a top priority for President Trump. At his direction, the Department of Justice returned to the common-sense policies that had effectively cut crime in the past. We coordinated with our state and local partners to launch new initiatives modeled after our accomplishment, designed to swiftly take the most violent offenders off the streets.

 

These tried-and-true crime reduction strategies reversed the trend. The national violent-crime rate dropped in 2017, and then again in 2018. In many parts of the country, it looks like things are back on track. However, there are cities at risk of being left behind. Despite enjoying slight improvements over the last two years, Detroit still reports the highest violent-crime per capita among major cities in the U.S.

 

Operation Relentless Pursuit will surge an unparalleled amount of federal backing to Detroit and the other most dangerous cities in the United States. It will build on the Justice Departmentโ€™s successful Project Safe Neighborhoods, which encouraged community-based solutions to violent crime. It will also complement Project Guardian and DEEP (Disruption and Early Engagement Program), agency initiatives focused on reducing gun crime and preventing mass shootings.

 

With Operation Relentless Pursuit, local law enforcement will have access to state-of-the-art technology and our nationโ€™s top federal agents, who will be tasked with investigating and taking down the most violent offenders and their criminal organizations. Weโ€™re matching our rhetoric with resources by committing significant manpower and up to $71 million in additional funding for our federal, state, and local partners.

 

During the Trump administration, many Americans have already received relief from the threat of violent crime. Now, Operation Relentless Pursuit will strive to ensure that peace, safety, and rule of law are enjoyed as widely as possible. Detroit can and will defeat violent crime. Williams claimed to be disabled and unable to perform her job at Toyota because of carpal tunnel syndrome and related problems. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed this summary judgment, ruling that Williams's impairments substantially limited her ability to perform manual tasks and considered this a limitation in a "major life activity".[5] To demonstrate this disability, Williams showed that her manual disability extended to a "class" of manual activities that directly related to her ability to perform specific work tasks such as repetitive activities, the gripping of certain tools, and performing tasks while in a particular posture for extended time period. The court specifically disregarded evidence that she was able to perform personal care tasks and tasks involving household chores as irrelevant to its finding. It granted her a partial summary judgment that she was disabled under the ADA.[1]

 

The case was appealed to the Supreme Court. Future Chief Justice John Roberts argued the case for petitioner Toyota.

11 defendants arraigned in drug-trafficking ring involving UPS employees

 

TUCSON, Ariz. โ€“ A State Grand Jury indicted 11 individuals accused of shipping illegal drugs and contraband across the country through the United Parcel Service (UPS); collectively the defendants face 48 felony counts, including money laundering, transportation of marijuana for sale, transportation of narcotic drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons, and illegally conducting an enterprise. These charges stem from a multiyear investigation involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementโ€™s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and Tucson Police Department (TPD) officers who are part of the Counter Narcotics Alliance (CNA).

 

The investigation began in 2017 when HSI special agents and TPD officers discovered that UPS employees in the Tucson area were allegedly using the UPS distribution network to ship illegal drugs and other contraband. UPS employees Mario Arvisu Barcelo, Michael Anthony Castro, Gary Lamont Love, Thomas Alfred Mendoza, along with their non-employee associates, Victor Manuel Alexander Molina, Martin Octavio Siqueiros-Diaz, and Jonathan Sanchez Gallegos, were reportedly able to ship packages undetected across the country by using closed business accounts. Specifically, between November 2018 and June 2019, undercover officers shipped and received packages, supposedly containing illegal drugs and illegal drug proceeds, by routing them through the shipment center in Tucson.

 

As alleged in the indictment, in May 2019, law enforcement officers learned that marijuana had been shipped from Tucson, intended for delivery at a North Carolina destination. HSI agents interdicted the package in Shreveport, Louisiana, and the shipment purportedly contained 12.6 pounds of marijuana.

 

As part of their investigation, officers identified Abraham Felix-Navarro, Fernando Navarro-Figueroa, Raul Garcia Cordova, and Heriberto Martinez-Bojorquez as allegedly being involved in the manufacture and the sale of thousands of counterfeit THC vape pens.

 

In 2019, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention began investigating an outbreak of lung injuries associated with e-cigarettes, or vaping, products. The CDC discovered that vape pens containing counterfeit THC were most commonly associated with lung injuries. As a result, the CDC recommends people should not use THC-containing e-cigarettes, or vaping products, particularly from informal sources like friends, family, or online dealers. Assistant Attorney General Nanette Morrow is prosecuting this case. It was investigated by law enforcement offices from HSI and TPD assigned to CNA.

A top Pentagon intelligence official will soon leave the building, the fourth key defense official to announce their resignation within a week.

 

Principal Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence Kari Bingen will leave in January. Her departure was first reported by Politico.

 

Bingen was the Defense Departmentโ€™s No. 2 intelligence official and has been in the role since May 2017. Prior to that, she served as the House Armed Services Committeeโ€™s policy director for four years and held a number of other positions on the committeeโ€™s strategic forces panel.

 

Her announced departure follows three others within seven days: the Dec. 12 notification that top Asia policy official Randall Schriver would leave after two years on the job; the Dec. 13 announcement that top official in charge of personnel and readiness Jimmy Stewart had resigned after a little over a year on the job; and on Tuesday Defense News reported that Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency leader Steven Walker will leave in January for a private-sector job.

 

Those four vacancies add to a number of openings within the Defense Department, with six of the 21 deputy assistant secretary of Defense policy jobs still empty. Several other roles are filled in an acting capacity, including chief management officer, comptroller, deputy undersecretary of Defense for policy, and assistant Defense secretary for international security affairs.

 

Defense Secretary Mark Esper earlier this week downplayed the departures, telling reporters that there is a โ€œrhythmโ€ to people leaving and taking positions and said there was already a replacement for Stewart.

 

โ€œYou'll probably see another couple of โ€” some more announcements are coming up soon,โ€ Esper said on Monday while flying back to the U.S. from Belgium.

 

โ€œAgain, that's a normal rotation, folks have been at it hard for two years now, two-plus years. You have this happen even last year.โ€

 

He added that itโ€™s important to โ€œget people in place as quickly as possible. If not confirmed, at least acting,โ€ and keep moving the Pentagon forward.
