Because more information has come to light since then. There are people who have gone on the record with certain statements. Certain papers have now been introduced into the record both in the IG report(s) and Huber and Durham's investigations. Those are now evidence. The FISA court has responded to the DOJ IG's report re: fraud upon the court.
Things have to happen in a certain order, no matter how impatient we may be. It has to be done right. IT HAS TO BE DONE RIGHT.
Impatience is natural but doesn't help. Every i dotted and t must be crossed for this to work. We want the BIG fishes to be caught in the net, so it can't have holes.
