There were only 3 people in the room when Trump congratulated Putin -John Kelly, HR McMaster &Nadia Schadlow. So either Kelly did it and framed McMaster, McMaster did it or Schadlow, who works for McMaster did it and McMaster, as her superior, has to take the heat for it.
September 2006 to February 2017, McMaster is listed as consulting senior fellow for the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). The IISS defines itself as a “world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.”
This week, after questions addressed to them by Breitbart, the IISS site added George Soros' Open Society Foundation to its list of donors.
