Not to slide but your elements picture reminded me of these following symbols. I have seen them in a few different places both online and in my area Not sure what to make of them.
One was in a picture of an interior wall of a DUMB base with some military dudes walking past a massive cylandrical concrete wall with the ring one painted on the wall… I lost the image but it was the one with the ring attached to the pyramid. The other one I see around my town on walls and even on a car back window. Anyone know?
