Representation is allocated by population.

Counting illegals as population for this is unconstitutional, illegal and WRONG.

How much undeserved representation in congress does California currently have that they are NOT entitled.

It's not just federal either – it fucks with internal state govt representation in the same way, stacking the deck against actual citizens.

This is why they freak the fuck out over citizenship re: the census.
