A long time ago I was digging, and I believe I came across the mechanism by which our own State Dept. is funding this media propaganda against POTUS. Basically, it starts with Mac Thornberry's push to get the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 through Congres–you can read up on that here:

Notice the clever wording around the "Broadcasting Board of Governors." I noticed that "BBG" is somewhat like "BIG," so I started looking further into it. Turns out that alot of people have–including a great site I've linked below.

It sounds like a strange setup over there–they have a board, and a CEO. The entire operating structure bears examination, but here's something interesting: NBC's Andy Lack was once the CEO…and he went to Ukraine in that capacity:
