What I do, without being paid, is face to face. It doesn't get any more "accountable" than that.
You need to explain that to her … that WE are on the same side. She seems to think that making a living at this makes her superior and that we are of no consequence. When she looks at her next pay stub, she needs to know that some of that came from us and that what we do is not confined to this board.
She might be a pilot, but a smart pilot doesn't fuck with the guy spinning the wrench.
