I am not patronizing you anon, I was once as angry as you. But we must control our anger and rage as they feed off of our negative energy. What you are doing is giving them exactly what (THEY) want. Anger is not wrong and it is an emotion that usually motivates us to change unacceptable things in our life, but you must remember there is a worldwide movement going on to rid our world and our humanity of this evil scourge. Don't forget about the good in life, those you love and sometimes taking a break from it all is the best medicine.
