I would guess they are similar to seal which isnt as appetizing as one would imagine. The fat is a thick layer on top of very lean very red meat, tastes very iron-y. Its almost black its so dark red. Calorically dense yes but not what id consider a prime meal for taste.
Eat? The phrase I would use is "choked down" lol. I personally found it disgusting. The gamiest thing youve ever tasted but ive heard people can make wonders happen with it. Ill stick to beef haha
