Two things wrong with this -

No thinking anon automatically accepts someone's words just because he says - oh, yah, I was a submariner with high clearance. That's a logical fallacy known as appeal to authority

Second, even if he is what he claims, he still needs to back up what he says with solid proof - where's the sauce?

in a way - when I was a kid, we went to someplace out West and saw one similar to this - I forget where - and walking through it was kinda liminal - going through a portal into somewhere else

About the same story here as a kid - taught myself Classical Greek, Anglo-Saxon, and learned French at school.

Don't know whether it's a matter of my mind being more flexible before, so was more apt to learn different languages, or learning them made me more flexible to different ideas. An unrepeatable experiment.
