Nah, that doesn't sound cryptic or like a memorial at all. So instead of protecting our country in the states, they are being sent way overseas where they won't be available if needed?? Are the hard NG resources also going? Will this leave areas vulnerable here?
Or is the story a cover so they can be shuffled/staged around on the American continent without suspicion?
