The amount of work some LARP went through to create this joke of a website, thinking they would fool /qresearch/ with it; is a testament to how desperate and retarded the deep state is. Their effort reeks of desperation. They cannot win. They have nothing left.
To create something like this as a state agency would require a whole team and a lot of time. For it to have any chance of working timelines would have to correlate and enough content would have to be within to carry the deception when people began to dig.
