Never mind. I see he has a no-bail “hold” in Polk County.
Not conflicting. He has a “driving without insurance” case in one county. They calendar that case depending on what stage it is in. (eg arraignment, violation) They set bail or release him in that case only and he goes back to jail to be transported to Polk County on that serious no-bail warrant. FYI they don’’t issue no-bail warrants on misdemeanors. A no-bail warrant should indicate a felony case in the Polk County case.
