This is the SAME m.o. that seems to be playing out in California. I surely do believe the smart meters were primed to explode. PG&E now cuts power before bad weather to prevent sparks from "old" equipment starting fires. I think it was deliberate and I think the smart meters were the real culprit. I have no doubt some kind of DEW may also have been used. Why did foliage survive while metal melted?!
