Trial put on hold until replacement named.

BUT it's an election year, so screams of precedent (Obummer) will be: POTUS/SENATE cannot nominate/confirm new replacement b/c "it's an election year!"

So, no SC movement, no senate trial.

Impeachment held up indefinitely.

NO ACQUITTAL PRIOR TO ELECTION.

Granted, it's only (comped) Roberts that has to sit as judge, but RBG's death would be enough to cause dems to scream like banshees and fuck things up REALLY good.
