SPERRY: ‘Whistleblower’ Eric Ciaramella Was Overheard in 2017 Discussing With Ally Sean Misko How to Remove President Trump From Office

Shortly after Donald Trump was sworn into office in early 2017, Eric Ciaramella, the CIA plant-turned-whistleblower who prompted the impeachment of Trump, was overheard in the White House discussing with a fellow staffer how to remove the newly-elected president from office, according to investigative reporter Paul Sperry.

Sources told Paul Sperry of Real Clear Investigations that the staffer with whom Eric Ciaramella was discussing Trump’s removal with was Sean Misko.

Both were Obama holdovers from NatSec and both hatched a plot to “take out” President Trump.

According to Sperry, “their efforts were part of a larger pattern of coordination to build a case for impeachment, involving Democratic leaders as well as anti-Trump figures both inside and outside of government.”

Barely two weeks after Donald Trump took office, Eric Ciaramella – the CIA analyst whose name was recently linked in a tweet by the president and mentioned by lawmakers as the anonymous “whistleblower” who touched off Trump’s impeachment – was overheard in the White House discussing with another staffer how to remove the newly elected president from office, according to former colleagues.

Sources told RealClearInvestigations the staffer with whom Ciaramella was speaking was Sean Misko.

“Just days after he was sworn in they were already talking about trying to get rid of him,” said a White House colleague who overheard their conversation.

“They weren’t just bent on subverting his agenda,” the former official added. “They were plotting to actually have him removed from office.”

Two former co-workers said they overheard Ciaramella and Misko, close friends and Democrats held over from the Obama administration, discussing how to “take out,” or remove, the new president from office within days of Trump’s inauguration. These co-workers said the president’s controversial Ukraine phone call in July 2019 provided the pretext they and their Democratic allies had been looking for.

“They didn’t like his policies,” another former White House official said. “They had a political vendetta against him from Day One.”

Sean Misko is now one of Adam Schiff’s top aides.

Recall, Adam Schiff hired Sean Misko (pictured below) just one day after Trump’s July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Eric Ciaramella filed a whistleblower complaint against President Trump in August over his call to Zelensky alleging Trump threatened to withhold military aid from Ukraine unless they agreed to investigate the Biden crime family.

Mr. Ciaramella, however, ran to a Schiff’s staffer, who we now know to be Sean Misko, before he filled out the whistleblower complaint, a violation of House rules.

‘Brazen disinformation’: Syria narrative managers defend Douma chemical weapon hoax as OPCW comes under attack

In the light of the increasing exposure of the OPCW as a deeply compromised instrument of power for the US-led global alliance, the role of aligned media in protecting discredited constructs must be examined.

On January 20, a quiet, unassuming expert laid bare the OPCW suppression of evidence that would demonstrate the illegitimacy of the bombing of Syria in April 2018 by the UK, US, and France. Ian Henderson is a former OPCW inspection team leader and an engineering and ballistics specialist. Henderson said he visited Douma with the first OPCW inspection team shortly after the alleged chemical attack on April 7, 2018. In an address to the UN Security Council Arria-Formula Meeting, Henderson presented his misgivings and spoke of the OPCW management information lockdown.

Henderson’s analysis of the events, in particular the “chlorine cylinder dropped by Syrian air-force helicopters” narrative was inexplicably suppressed by the OPCW and omitted from the final report which fraudulently maintained the “likely” verdict that chlorine had been used.

Henderson’s report had supported the conclusion that there had been no chemical attack. A number of other OPCW colleagues have also come forward with similar claims that their expert opinions were censored by the OPCW who appear to have been tasked with retrospectively justifying the US allied criminal aggression against Syria. A bombing campaign that resulted in the destruction of a laboratory complex and cancer research center, located in Barzeh on the outskirts of Damascus.

It is worth noting that had this been a “chemical weapons” factory as claimed by Western intelligence, the potential for civilian deaths would have been horrific in the event of “chemicals” being released into the atmosphere close to Damascus residents.

Trump Says Tesla Must Build "Very Big" US Plant, Warns He's "So Disappointed" In Boeing

Continuing his Davos media blitz, President Trump sat down for a lengthy, wide-ranging interview with CNBC host Joe Kernen where he discussed the impeachment hoax, his underappreciated economic successes, the successes and failures of Tesla and Boeing, and the American effort to suppress the spread of the mysterious new Chinese coronavirus.

During the opening minutes of the interview, after a brief preamble, Kernen jumped into questions about the coronavirus, asking Trump whether he is worried about a global pandemic.

Trump replied that the situation is completely under control.

"No. Not at all. And - we're - we have it totally under control. It's one person coming in from China, and we have it under control. It's - going to be just fine."

Trump added that he trusts President Xi, and that the US can trust that the Chinese health officials are on top of the situation, and are no longer dissembling about the true severity of the virus.

"I do. I do. I have a great relationship with President Xi. We just signed probably the biggest deal ever made. It certainly has the potential to be the biggest deal ever made. And - it was a very interesting period of time time."

When it comes to impeachment, Trump told Kernen that he didn't have much time yesterday to pay attention to proceedings. But based on what he saw, Trump felt his team did "really good" while once again denouncing the Democrats' impeachment push as a "total hoax."

"I got - I had a busy day yesterday, as you know. You were there. And we had the speech and we had lots of meetings with different leaders, including Pakistan and others. Other countries. In addition to businessmen all over the place. But I did get to see some of it. It's a hoax. It's a total hoax. It's a perfect conversation."

On the subject of whether the Dems will succeed in calling witnesses, something that doesn't look likely after Republicans managed to shut out most of the Democratic amendments from yesterday's rules resolution, Trump said he "really [doesn't] know."

"–I really don't know. I think that– if everybody tells the truth, it's perfect. All you have to do is read the transcript. Read– if you take a look at the transcript– and it's really two transcripts. It's– you know, I had a first call which was perfect, and I had a second call which was perfect. You notice they don't mention the calls, though. They never mention the calls. They talk about everything but the calls. All they have to do is read the transcripts. I put it out all the time. The other thing is speak to the president of Ukraine. He's been great, I have to tell you. And his foreign minister's been great."

For somebody who spent most of his campaign bashing the global elites like his one-time rival Hillary Clinton, Trump acknowledged that, although many of the power players in attendance might not admit it, they're fans of his economic policies, including his dedication to global stimulus. Kernen pointed out that all the CEOs who appeared on CNBC yesterday directly from Davos seemed to fixate on the strength of the US economy, instead of the impeachment fracas.

Cop Gets 4 Years in Prison for Urinating on Little Girl, Filming It, Trying to Kidnap Her

Cleveland, OH — Imagine for a moment that your young daughter is waiting for the bus at the same bus stop she waits at every day and a cop pulls up. The children may feel one of two things, either curiosity or — if they have had negative experiences with police before — fear. However, for one little girl, the feeling turned to sheer terror when the cop attempted to kidnap her and then opted to relieve himself, all over her—while filming the entire thing.

Officer Solomon Nhiwatiwa, 34, was this officer and on Tuesday, he was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in jail for this horrifyingly disgusting behavior. In August, Nhiwatiwa was charged with attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity, disseminating material harmful to juveniles, assault, endangering children, child enticement, interfering with custody and public indecency.

“He will be held accountable,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley said at the time. “It’s my office’s mission to ensure he never wears the badge of a police officer again.”

Thankfully O’Malley followed through with his words.

In December, Nhiwatiwa pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity, endangering children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. And now, he’s going to jail for it.

“I would like to apologize to the victim,” Nhiwatiwa said after hearing his sentence handed down from Common Pleas Court Judge Wanda C. Jones. He then stood silent for several moments before Jones asked if he had anything else to say. “I take responsibility for what I did,” he said, then sat down.

Cleveland.com reported that Jones said that she was not convinced that Nhiwatiwa was truly sorry for his conduct. She said the physical and mental abuse he inflicted on the girl and his position as a police officer, which required him to protect the community from the very types of attacks he carried out, required consecutive sentences.

Some environmental enthusiasts looked forward to the World Economic Forum the way sports fans wait in anticipation for a big game. US President Donald Trump and Swedish ecological activist Greta Thunberg, two irreconcilable eco-rivals, were given the opportunity and venue to duel it out over climate change.

On Tuesday, Thunberg blamed world leaders for the “inaction” which is fueling the flames while “Our house is still on fire.” Trump then lashed out at the climate “prophets of doom” – without, however, mentioning Greta by name.

At a press conference on Wednesday, he was asked for his thoughts on the young Swedish activists’ critical position towards America’s environmental stance.

The US already has “very good environmental numbers,” Trump said, adding that the numbers on air are “tremendous.” But, according to the president, not all countries are lucky enough to be so “clean and beautiful” – so that’s where Greta should focus her efforts.

We’re clean and beautiful and everything’s good but you have another continent where the fumes are rising at levels that you can’t believe. I think Greta ought to focus on those places.

At the UN General Assembly held in September last year, another indirect comment exchange between Thunberg and President Trump made headlines. Thunberg used the occasion to accuse world leaders of stealing “her childhood” with their “empty promises” on the climate agenda.

UK’s House of Lords passes Withdrawal Agreement to allow Brexit by end of January

Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Brexit bill has cleared its final parliamentary hurdle after Britain’s upper house of parliament passed the legislation on Wednesday.

The move comes some three and a half years after the referendum in which a narrow majority voted for the UK to leave the EU, having joined in 1973. The referendum sparked a tumultuous period in British politics including the resignations of two Tory prime ministers and two general elections.

Earlier on Wednesday, the House of Commons overturned changes made to the legislation by the House of Lords which would have included protections for child refugees following Britain’s exit from the EU. The House of Lords later passed the legislation without pushing the proposed changes.

The bill now just needs Royal assent from the British monarch before passing into law.

The UK has been granted a number of extensions to the initial Brexit deadline of March 29, 2019 by EU chiefs after a series of failures by both Johnson and his predecessor Theresa May to pass the negotiated agreement through parliament. Withdrawal agreement legislation was finally passed by the House of Commons following the Conservative Party's election success in December in which the Tories secured parliamentary majority.

A DNA test confirmed in November 2019 that Hunter Biden is the biological father of Roberts’s child. She’s suing Hunter Biden in Arkansas for child support.

An Arkansas judge ordered Hunter Biden on Monday to appear before a court Jan. 29 to explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt for his failure to produce information about his finances in relation to a heated child support dispute.

Independence County Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer ordered Hunter Biden to appear in court on Jan. 29, to “show cause, if any exists, as to why he should not be held in contempt for any of the alleged violations of this Court’s orders.”

The order came the same day an attorney for the mother of Hunter Biden’s child, Lunden Roberts, accused Hunter Biden of failing to abide by a court-mandated deadline to disclose a deluge of information, including a list of all companies he owns or controls, his sources of income and employers for the past five years, unredacted copies of his tax returns, copies of deeds to properties he owns and more.

Hunter Biden has even refused to provide the address in which he resides and his telephone number, Roberts’s attorney Clinton Lancaster said in his filing Monday.

A DNA test confirmed in November 2019 that Hunter Biden is the biological father of Roberts’s 16-month-old child.

Hunter Biden’s “conduct is willful and contemptuous,” Lancaster told the court.

U.S. drinking water widely contaminated with 'forever chemicals

The contamination of U.S. drinking water with man-made “forever chemicals” is far worse than previously estimated with some of the highest levels found in Miami, Philadelphia and New Orleans, said a report on Wednesday by an environmental watchdog group.

The chemicals, resistant to breaking down in the environment, are known as perfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS. Some have been linked to cancers, liver damage, low birth weight and other health problems.

The findings here by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) show the group's previous estimate in 2018, based on unpublished U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) data, that 110 million Americans may be contaminated with PFAS, could be far too low.

“It’s nearly impossible to avoid contaminated drinking water from these chemicals,” said David Andrews, a senior scientist at EWG and co-author of the report.

The chemicals were used in products like Teflon and Scotchguard and in firefighting foam. Some are used in a variety of other products and industrial processes, and their replacements also pose risks.

Teacher Accused of Molesting 13-Year-Old Student Faces Deportation

A Georgia middle school teacher accused of molesting a 13-year-old student could face deportation because she is not a U.S. citizen.

Authorities arrested Rumah Byrapaka, 24, on Thursday for allegedly sending nude photos and racy messages to the 13-year-old, and is also accused of kissing and inappropriately touching the child, the Augusta Chronicle reported.

A judge granted Byrapaka a $15,000 bond for the child molestation charge and $10,000 bond for the charge of enticing a child for indecent purposes on Tuesday during her initial court appearance.

However, Byrapaka will be placed in a federal immigration detention facility on an immigration hold if she is released from custody because she only has a student visa, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Byrapaka is also expected to face additional charges on top of the child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes charge.

WRDW reported that Byrapaka, a physical science and social studies teacher at Hepihzibah Middle School, has been placed on administrative leave.

“We will continue to cooperate with the [Richmond County Sheriff’s Office] as the investigation progresses,” a spokeswoman for the Richmond County School District told the station.

If Byrapaka posts bond and is released from federal detention, she is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18, including the alleged victim, and has to give up her passport to the district attorney’s office.

Byrapaka remains in custody in Richmond County on $27,700, according to online records obtained by the New York Post.

Virginia Senate Advances “Red Flag” Gun Law, Despite Second Amendment Rally The Day Before

On Tuesday the Virginia Senate advanced legislation that would allow authorities to take guns away from people deemed dangerous to themselves or others.

The Democratic-led Senate gave preliminary approval to approved the so-called “red flag” law. SB 240 would create a process for attorneys and law enforcement to file emergency orders prohibiting a person from purchasing, possessing or transferring a firearm if they pose “a substantial risk of injury to himself or others.”

The move comes a day after tens of thousands of gun-rights activists rallied peacefully at the state Capitol on Monday protesting the proposed anti-gun legislation.

The measure is set for a final vote in the Senate before going to the House.

Republicans blasted the bill as an assault on gun rights and civil liberties.

Democrats said the bill was a thoughtful measure that would preserve due process while also protecting people against potential gun violence.

Possible Case of Chinese Coronavirus Reaches Mexican Border City, Says AMLO

Mexico’s president said Wednesday that public health officials near the Texas border are closely monitoring a possible case of Coronavirus in Tamaulipas.

During his daily press conference, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador revealed that health officials looked at two cases but already ruled one out.

According to a statement from the Tamaulipas Health Secretariat, a level three health protocol was triggered after a college professor was identified as a possible carrier of Coronavirus. The individual is described as a 57-year-old Asian residing in Reynosa who traveled to China between December 25 and January 10. The professor’s itinerary included stops in Tijuana and Beijing before arriving in Wuhan, according to authorities.

During his time in China, the individual spent time with relatives who are not sick and do not show symptoms. Back in Reynosa, on January 13, the professor began presenting a suspicious cough and nasal discharge. Since then, authorities began a series of tests on the individual and another who traveled with him. Both individuals are still quarantined.

Florida man kills his boss over politics

A construction worker with anti-government beliefs is accused of fatally stabbing his boss, who was a “proud and outspoken American and pro-Donald Trump,” according to an Orange County sheriff’s arrest affidavit.

Mason Trever Toney, 28, was arrested Monday on murder charges in the death of his boss, William Knight, 28.

According to the arrest affidavit, a 911 caller reported that his coworker, identified as Toney, stabbed and killed their boss.

Deputies said they found Knight dead next to an excavator with a brand new American flag over the side of his body. Witnesses said Toney was spotted carrying a backpack, which likely was carrying the flag, according to the affidavit.

Witnesses said Toney and Knight were friends outside of the workplace, and Knight picked up Toney earlier in the day. Witnesses said Toney and Knight got into an argument, possibly over their opposing views of the U.S. government.

According to the affidavit, Toney is very outspoken about his beliefs and has said the government is out to get him.

Witnesses said they heard Knight yell for help and saw Toney repeatedly stabbing him with a trowel.

Deputies said witnesses tried to stop the attack and threw things at Toney, who jumped into a truck and drove away while calling the witnesses “terrorists.”

Toney was later taken into custody in Brevard County and placed under arrest.

Toney is being held in Orange County without bond.

Attorney General William Barr’s Justice Department has been giving Hillary Clinton and other Democratic politicians another free pass. And federal agents are beyond steamed.

“You look at the size of this corruption and realize why Hillary warehoused all her State Dept. emails on a private server and destroyed thousands upon thousands of emails so that no one could get a look at the side deals,” Paine said.

Salih, Trump discuss American troop drawdown from Iraq

Iraqi President Barham Salim and his US counterpart Donald Trump have exchanged viewpoints about a reduction in the number of American military forces in the war-ravaged Arab country, weeks after a parliamentary bill demanded the withdrawal of all US-led foreign troops.

“We've had a very good relationship. And we're down to a very low number. We're down to 5,000. So we're down to a very low number, historically low, and we'll see what happens,” Trump told journalists following a meeting on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in the Swiss Alpine resort of Davos on Wednesday with the Iraqi leader.

Salih and Trump also discussed the importance of respecting the demands of the Iraqi people to preserve the country’s sovereignty.

“We have a lot of common interests, the fight against extremism, stability in the neighborhood, and [a] sovereign Iraq that is stable, friends of the neighbors and friends of the United States,” the Iraqi president commented.

On January 5, Iraqi lawmakers unanimously approved a bill, demanding the withdrawal of all foreign military forces led by the United States from the country.

Late on January 9, Iraq’s caretaker Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi called on the United States to dispatch a delegation to Baghdad tasked with formulating a mechanism for the withdrawal of US troops from the country.

According to a statement released by the Iraqi premier’s office, Abdul-Mahdi “requested that delegates be sent to Iraq to set the mechanisms to implement the parliament's decision for the secure withdrawal of (foreign) forces from Iraq” in a phone call with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The prime minister said Iraq rejects violation of its sovereignty, particularly the US military's violation of Iraqi airspace in the airstrike that assassinated Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, the deputy head of PMU, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and their companions.

“The prime minister said American forces had entered Iraq and drones are flying in its airspace without permission from Iraqi authorities and this was a violation of the bilateral agreements,” the statement added.

Former Police Detective And FBI Agent Indicted On Sex Bribery Charges

A veteran detective for the Carlisle, Pennsylvania Police Department, who was also a task force officer with the FBI and a member of the Cumberland County Drug Task Force, was indicted by a federal grand jury for bribery, drug distribution, fraud and making false statements.

The indictment alleges that Christopher Collare, 52, of Blythewood, South Carolina, used his official position to obtain sex from two women in exchange for agreeing to take actions in prosecutions. In 2015, Collare allegedly agreed to accept sex or money in exchange for not appearing at an evidentiary hearing so that a criminal charge would be dismissed. In 2018, Collare allegedly agreed to accept sexual favors in exchange for taking steps to help reduce a potential sentence.

The indictment also alleges that Collare distributed heroin in 2016. The indictment alleges that between 2011 and 2018 he defrauded the Borough of Carlisle and the Cumberland County Drug Task Force by providing confidential informants with drugs and allowing informants to retain drugs that they had obtained during controlled buys.

The indictment further alleges that Collare lied on a federal form he completed during the process of becoming an FBI task force officer and that he made multiple false statements in an interview with federal agents in May 2018.

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — Human trafficking victims are being branded and sold for sex in the Tampa Bay area, ABC’s I-Team found.

Those working with victims told I-Team Investigator Kylie McGivern those permanent markings can often remain with trafficking victims even after they are rescued. The victims are all young white girls, some being raped by more than 10 men one after each other every day.

“It’s like branding cattle,” said Cpl. Alan Wilkett, who leads Pasco County’s human trafficking task force. “It’s an ownership mark. Branding is when somebody — a pimp or a trafficker — will put his mark or his symbol or his sign on his victims through some sort of tattoo.”

Wilkett said deputies know how to spot the red flags of someone being sold for sex but sometimes rarely act.

“Some of the things we’re seeing are pictures — maybe a lion’s head or it may be the street name of the pimp who’s running a street track,” said Wilkett. “It could be numbers. Using certain numbers, like 16 because ‘P’ is the 16th letter of the alphabet — it means I’m being pimped.”

Wilkett told ABC’s I-Team he just saw the tattoo recently at a local gas station.

“A girl at the cash register with an XVI running from behind her ear and down her neck — 16,” said Wilkett. “Looked out the window and there’s her pimp, sitting in the vehicle. So this is happening.”

In some trafficking cases, the tattoo could be a barcode.

“These barcodes are written in such a way by these tattoos and tattoo artists, that if you scan that with your smartphone it’ll tell you she’s $25 or she’s $30,” said Wilkett. “The one that I saw was $30.”

Wilkett said the one he saw was on a victim in her early 20’s staying in an area safehouse.

“Her response to that was that’s what I’m worth. I am worth $30,” said Wilkett.

Natasha Nascimento, the founding executive director of Redefining Refuge, a local non-profit working with victims of child sex trafficking, said she’s seen children branded and a majority of the tattoos are done professionally.

“The youngest child I’ve seen — I believe she was probably somewhere around 11-years-old — she had dollar signs… tattooed onto both of her eyelids,” said Nascimento.
