It is not a PART of the mothers body.
It's one body INSIDE another body.
The umbilical cord connects the TWO.
It's because the fetus can't be asked and can't reply that it needs to be protected until it can.
Ask youself this, 'If I had been given the choice when I was only three months in gestation, would I have agreed to have myself aborted?'
