Lets say average loaded salaries were $100,000…that would make payroll around $45M per year…doesn't even dent the $1.5B..in fact lets do the old p&l…

Let's talk about what the President can and can't do for this Omnibus Bill. There's a lot of discussion both ways so let's examine how money gets allocated & spent in the US Government:

1. Congress allocates money to be spent. The President spends the allocated money.

2. Once Congress allocates money, their job is oversight of the money being spent. They don't spend the money and have no say HOW it gets spent as long as it's spent legally. That's their job to monitor with oversight.

3. Once the President is given the money with the instructions to spend it, he has a number of choices to make in spending it. There are some rules he has to follow & some of the money is fungible and some isn't.

4. However there are some other factors that are in play here. One of them is that the President has declared a Human Rights Emergency AND has notified Congress that he's invoking the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.

5. This opens up new options.

now we've all had a chance to calm down a bit, here's my 2 cents.

Whether the Omnibus Bill turns out to a masterstroke of 4d chess or

simply one setback in a long campaign, the reaction to it should teach

us something.

What kind of people are we?

tell if it did or not), then how can we be trusted with anything

important?

Are we the kind of people who drop our weapons and run every time the

Humour me with a hypothetical…

Q has warned us of the possibility of 10 days of darkness. That may or

may not include an internet shutdown orchestrated by the Cabal.

Remember they have already set the stage to blame this on "Muh Russian

Conspiracy". Such an event would put food, medicine and power supplies

at great risk.

Just suppose that Q calculated a veto would precipitate the 10 days of

darkness, and suppose that they looked at the weather and decided a

shutdown posed too big a risk to people under 10 inches of snow?

Would they decide it is better to take a short term hit than to risk

innocent lives?

Now I'm not saying this is the case. Not even seriously suggesting it,

just using it as an example of the kind of calculations that might be

being made behind the scenes.

I'm still hoping we will see the Army Engineers start work on the

southern border tomorrow morning, but even if I don't see it, I am still

willing to keep the faith.

If it turns out that the above is even remotely close to being true then

we should all take heart that we are dealing with a group of people who

put the security and safety of others above their own agenda.
