Didn't tell you 3 different times, never makes an announcement, never tweets about it, never does a CNN interview. Ambassador, you weren't on the call were you, the President, you didn't listen in on President Trump's call, President Zelensky's call?
William Taylor: I did not.
Jim Jordan: You never talked with Chief of Staff Mulvaney. William Taylor: I never did.

William Taylor: That's correct.
