Just now tried it as well and got a similar message.
Tried again after some time and it worked. Looks like after "muh russia" hacked them they have introduced some access limit, like e.g max. 10 clicks per minute or some such.
You seem to be using noscript.
You have to allow some shit like the address itself and maybe cloudflare, maybe also google for robot check.
