I'm not going to start another Vitamin D slide…as I'm prone to do…with very good reason…BUT;

To the topic of flu vaccines causing more problems than they solve…Japanese researchers found vitamin D3 was over 200% MORE effective than vaccines specifically targeting a particular flu.

So…take D3 and you're at least TWICE as more protected than if you got the tailored vacc.

..and they were using trivial (imo) amounts of D3…
