The folks falling out in front of the troops looks spoopy, but several other clips seem legit. If this footage is from this event, that line of cars heading to Shanghai from Wuhan pretty much means the genie is out of the bottle.
Yeah, the track hoes are just sitting and spinning around for the cameras…if they were leveling that field, you'd see a couple of D9's making it happen. Lot of show…so either it's BS or they really have no clue and this is their medical Fukushima gift to the world. Interesting times.
