Nah man. In negotiating, you say things like no deals to get more confessions.
The reason is to make it sound exclusive or difficult.
It stages the prisoner dilemma and encourages people to turn on each other more quickly.
So when Q posts that “Hillary asked for a deal today and we said no”, to a negotiator mindset that means she got the deal.
And she spent two years wearing a wire trapping everyone around the globe including IG some Roths and Windsors.
What I think you will find is that the “sealed indictments” aren’t just that but that many will be sealed confessions and convictions. Only sentencing laws are pending, no trials needed.
If you view both the “no deals” and “sealed indictments” through that common lens, the sealing makes more sense.
