This guy is swampy and we in TN would like to have something tangible to grasp when LA gets a tar bucket dumped on his head, covered in feathers and put on a railroad tie to be run out of town (state).

…would also like for his 'legacy' to be emptied back into the general fund so his family can not benefit from his ill gotten gain.
