I have done decades of research anon. My belief is that all these are true. We are living in an elaborate simulation. Not like on the matrix movies, but similar in that everything is controlled in some way. But it saddens me to think of the veterans and others, children with pain and disabilities. I hope we shall soon see the end of these suffering. There must be high technology that can help.
