I am mostly supportive of the Pauls. I'm much more of a fan of Ron Paul than Rand. Ron was very focused on the Fed and fiscal policy - while Rand is a little less dialed into that and tends to focus on other parts of the libertarian stance.
I used to consider myself a libertarian, I still identify with a lot of those ideas but in that time I've learned that there does need to be an element of statehood or community. A collection of enforced rules and most importantly - a fucking border. Libertarianism is just a little bit too disconnected from reality for me. I feel like they'd watch their neighbor get plundered and just say "glad it's not me."
