My theory on the virus from the beginning is that this looks like cover for a purge. Wuhan is a symbolically important city in China. There was some kind of covered up rebellion there in the 60s. The old Empire was centered there.

How would you go about bringing in the military and closing down travel to a city without saying it was a political purge? A nice virus works well. Those hospitals being built could easily be prisons or barracks for the military. Medical cover is an old ruse.

If it's a purge and Trump is allowing it and watching closely but not setting off the alarm, then we're seeing the ASIA part of Qs clean out SA->US->ASIA->EU. And I'd suggest Brexit is means the EU part is moving along nicely too.
