So not only does so called "higher education" teach us a bunch of garbage mistruths, but they're also financially corrupted by foreign influence. If I had kids, I'd be strongly influencing them all toward some kind of real, hands-on "trade" like being an electrician or plumber. I'm increasingly dismayed with nearly all aspect of our collegiate system.

From CNN 3/14/18

Hands up at 23 second marker.

If it happens before the election, we're gonna hear all about the Biden Rule (Merrick Garland treatment) again, I presume.

I know comms are delivered through YouTube Fox News vids (and others) and over the past 2 days, while watching the occasional daytime fox shows uploaded to YT (within an hour of their airing) the last few mins of SO many of them cuts over to footage from the Super Bowl. Strange. This has never been the case (using sports event footage in the last few mins of ever show) in the 2-3 years I've been watching Fox News shows this way. Gotta mean something. Maybe it's just signaling a dramatic 4th quarter come-from-behind to dominate/win the game.

Right.

"Comms" is a slippery word in that context.

There are what I would call "comms" EVERYWHERE. Perhaps they should be called "plausibly deniable Q confirmations and unofficial added info." I kinda think your 2nd paragraph nailed the meaning. Going deeper, comms can take on a much more aetherial, injective meaning. And frankly, maybe "no" was an abbreviation for "number"…layers of meaning abound.
