An extensively detailed superseding indictment charges Feng “Franklin” Tao, 47, of Lawrence, with two counts of wire fraud and one count of program fraud for failing to disclose on conflict-of-interest forms the work he was doing for China while employed as a full-time associate professor at the University of Kansas’ Center for Environmental Beneficial Catalysis. Prosecutors said some of Tao’s research at the university was funded by the U.S. Department of Energy.

Tao’s defense attorney did not immediately return an after-hours phone message and email seeking comment.

In fact, even before lawmakers got involved, the CUSEF was already under fire by university faculty for its role in promoting Communist Chinese propaganda on campus at an event in November. And the outfit is funded by “a high-ranking Chinese government official with close ties to a sprawling Chinese Communist Party apparatus that handles influence operations abroad,” according to media reports. It is led by another ChiCom operative.

Communist propaganda has infiltrated more than 100 US colleges, posing as Chinese language institute

Over the past few decades, colleges have acquired an unfortunate yet accurate reputation of promoting anti-American values. From squashing campus free speech rights to condemning America’s actions and policies, many college administrators and professors have painted an ugly portrait of Americanism to impressionable students while heralding the “superior” values of other societies.

It appears the Chinese government is joining forces with college leaders in this disturbing effort.

According to Politico, China is quietly infiltrating our colleges and sprinkling in communist propaganda through a program called the Confucius Institute. College administrators like to deny or overlook the program’s sinister motives, arguing that it helps students become global citizens.

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is one of the latest schools to open a branch, joining a list of about 100 campuses in the U.S. and 500-plus campuses worldwide that host the Confucius Institute. Nancy Gutierrez, UNC-Charlotte Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, believes the program will “broaden the University’s outreach and support for language instruction and cultural opportunities in the Charlotte community,” according to a press release.

However, Chinese government officials have publicly admitted, and even boasted, about the program’s deceptive nature.

As Li Changchun, a standing member of the Politburo in Beijing observed back in 2011, “The Confucius Institute is an appealing brand for expanding our culture abroad. It has made an important contribution toward improving our soft power. The ‘Confucius’ brand has a natural attractiveness. Using the excuse of teaching Chinese language, everything looks reasonable and logical.”

In a 2010 People’s Daily article, Chinese minister of propaganda Liu Yunshan championed the establishment of more Confucius Institutes to “[c]oordinate the efforts of overseas and domestic propaganda, [and] further create a favorable international environment for [China].”

Moreover, the program’s top leadership is dominated by Chinese government officials, including representatives from China’s propaganda bureau.

The Confucius Institute has been accused by critics of silencing human rights issues through self-censorship and direct intervention. Once established, the program’s leaders reportedly have gained an uncontrollable influence over campus activities.

While some organizations of students and professors have protested the program’s existence and influence on campuses, Confucius Institutes continue to spread like a virus, feeding off of colleges’ economic desperation and superficial desire to be diverse and inclusive. Universities have handed the reins to their Chinese language and culture programs over to Chinese communists, sacrificing what remains of their values and principles along the way.

Mid-2015 we know the FBI contracted self-described Cyber security experts Crowd strike in what we are assured was an unrelated matter. The possible significance of this contact has been overlooked by most commentators. Crowd Strike in this context is not just any independent Cyber Security contractor, Co-Founder and CTO of CrowdStrike Dmitri Alperovitch is a non-resident senior fellow on the Atlantic Council.

The Atlantic Council is hawkish on Russia, previously publishing reports about topics like how the West can “get tougher” on Russia, how to “fight back Against Russian political warfare,” how to respond “to Russia’s Anti-Western Aggression.” The Atlantic Council is also funded by the “Open Society Initiative for Europe,” a program of leftist billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. The Open Society Initiative for Europe has written that they support, “initiatives that strengthen the protection of migrants and the politics of inclusion, giving the leading role and voice in advocating policies and social change to migrants and refugees, their descendants, and their allies in civil society.”

The Atlantic Council is also funded by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

CrowdStrike co-founder George Kurtz said at the time, “We wish Steve and the rest of the Commissioners every success in this important effort. Their dedicated and thoughtful leadership on these issues holds great potential for promoting innovation and the benefits of technology, while lowering the very real security risks we are facing today.”

So we are told that the FBI informed the DNC in September of 2015 that it had been the target of a serious computer hack by a known Russian adversary from Mid-2015, this hack we know had been carried out by a group based at Moscow University that were already well known to the FBI thanks to an earlier encounter at the DOJ back in 2014 when they had again been tipped off to by Dutch Intelligence.

Publicly available commentary from the DNC and MSM would lead us to believe that the DNC was unconcerned by this intrusion and subsequently failed to do anything following this credible warning of an attack on their servers until May 2016.

We have reason to believe that Crowd Strike had earlier been engaged by the DNC in December 2015 to investigate an internal dispute involving Bernie Sanders staffers obtaining unauthorised access to DNC data.

We know Bernie Sanders campaign Staffer Josh Wretsky had been sacked on the 20th of December 2015 following accusations from the DNC and Hillary Clinton Campaign of a system breach resulting in Bernie’s campaign gaining unauthorised access to DNC data. The DNC subsequently completely cut off the Sanders campaign from any access to DNC data. Remember Seth Rich was a young man working with access to the DNC data at this time, Seth who was latter gunned down on July 10, 2016, also happened to be a dedicated Bernie Sanders Supporter.

Crowd Strike a company that spruiks its wares as a premier Computer Data security player had access to the DNC servers from December 2015 and we are told were due to undertake an audit of the DNC network and produce a report on what they had found on April 29th 2016. But something changed!

We will get back to accusations and details of the various supposed Russian computer hacks later, but first it is important we offer some detail on what else was happening within the Presidential Primaries and the Clinton Campaign to add some context to what may have happened to change thinking and priorities along with the political narrative at the DNC.

Just remember Farkas would become notable a year later for her statement,

Evelyn Farkas is a former Obama administration deputy secretary of defence — and now an MSNBC analyst. Appearing on air among her friends at MSNBC, she all but outed herself as a key source for the seminal New York Times story on the Obama administration’s efforts to subvert the incoming Trump administration.

On January 24, 2016 Politico published an article penned by Evelyn Farkas titled “What the Next President Must Do About Putin” it was billed as “An open letter from the Pentagon’s former key Russia expert on how to contain Moscow’s aggressive autocrat”.

What is interesting about this lengthy piece is not only does Politico fail to mention Farkas is working for the Hillary Clinton campaign, but of more significance is the fact it fails to mention anything about Donald Trump. Yet from the same sources only two months later we get a very different focus. The Trump Russia smear narrative has been conceived, and is born.

On April 3, 2016 Farkas launches the Trump Russia Smear campaign with her column in POLITICO titled “Trump and Putin, two liars separated at birth”, in a lengthy and comprehensive attempt to equate Donald Trump to the autocratic and villainous Putin, Farkas out does herself in painting the picture of Donald trump as Putin incarnate, thus the Trump Russian smear is borne.

Farkas resigned from her post as a Defence Department official in September 2015. Her knowledge of the underlying project at issue here may or may not be one person removed or was it first hand, though here I would emphasize Brzezinski’s introduction as well as Farkas’s use of the first personal singular and plural in her comments. According to Pentagon records, Dr. Farkas resigned in September of 2015. So a legitimate question for authorities is, how does this non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and former deputy assistant Secretary of Defence for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, gain knowledge of intelligence regarding members of Trump’s team and their relations with Russia, when she was the senior foreign policy advisor for Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton?

Feds: U. of Kansas Prof. Funneled Research to Communist China

Professor Feng Tao of the University of Kansas was charged by federal authorities with two counts of wire fraud and one count of program fraud for attempting to funnel publicly-funded research to the Chinese government.

According to a report by Campus Reform, a professor at the University of Kansas was charged over his participation in a program run by China’s communist government that was designed to transfer American research to China.

A lengthy indictment accuses Professor Feng Tao of working with China’s Communist Party to unlawfully transfer publicly-funded research from the University of Kansas to China.

“From in or about 2015 through in or about 2019, in the District of Kansas and elsewhere, the defendant, FENG TAO, did knowingly, and with intent to defraud, devise and intend to devise, a scheme and artifice to defraud and to obtain money and property by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations, and promises, and by omissions and concealment of material facts with a duty to disclose,” the indictment reads.

Tao was a member of the Changjiang Professorship, an initiative designed by the Chinese government allegedly for the purpose of stealing the intellectual property of the American universities. The initiative offered “professorships” to students and professors in the United States that were willing to participate in their plan to steal research.

Tao failed not only to inform the University of Kansas that he had been awarded the Changjiang Professorship but also that he was a full professor at Fuzhou University in China.

Breitbart News reported on Tuesday that four researchers at the University of Florida were forced to resign after it was revealed that they, too, were feeding publicly-funded research to China.

History, political office was controlled and faith had been corrupted, all with a long master plan in mind.

Greater knowledge of the truth is out there if you continue to look, but I have yet to find the full knowledge of truth. The only real truth is the Most High Father of Creation. I do not use the terms god or lord anymore, because I believe the scriptures have purposely been used to misguide us. Through exclusion and translations many of the teachings are hidden from us to lead us astray. You learn to collect all perceptions of each story to discover the truth in the middle ground of issues and disputes with age. All three religions started with the same omnipresent Creator. All books are not modified the same, so you can find missing pieces. Jesus is the path to The Most High Father and both Christian and Muslims believe him to be the Messiah that will grant salvation to the sinners and the pure of heart before the last coming of man. Wrap yourself in the blanket of faith (your faith) before the day of reckoning arrives. His arrival will be too late prove yourself.

Truths to this have been shared by both sides, because it is the rule. You need to look and you can find him (truth) no matter how much deception or evil clouds your path.

During his two-day visit to the US for the first time since taking office two months ago, the UN nuclear watchdog chief said his agency will undertake a reliable, independent verification process once Washington and Pyongyang reach a disarmament deal.

But he added the verification process will not be easy, given North Korea’s expanded nuclear arsenal since 2009, when it expelled four IAEA inspectors upon the UN Security Council’s adoption of a resolution denouncing Pyongyang’s rocket launches.

“North Korea is a nuclear weapons state, illegally, and we don’t legally recognize that,” Grossi said.

The IAEA chief said the UN Security Council will have to sanction a revision to the Non-Proliferation Treaty to make that happen, but it seems highly unlikely.

North Korea joined the IAEA in 1974 and signed the NPT in 1985, but it dropped out of the watchdog in 1994 and withdrew from the treaty in 2003.

The majority of comms signals these days are carried on fiber optic trunks rather than wireless (microwave) or wireless (satellite), or terrestrial copper wires. I can see the utility of cutting comms transmission cables to force enemy comms onto wireless carriers (microwave, satellite) in order to intercept the comms more easily.

Palm Bay Woman Sentenced To 30 Years For Sexually Exploiting Children

Orlando, Florida – U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. has sentenced Rose Beth Litzky (33, Palm Bay) to 30 years in federal prison for conspiring to sexually exploit children, sexually exploiting children, and possessing child pornography.

A federal jury had found Litzky guilty on July 29, 2019.

According to evidence presented at trial, between 2014 and 2016, Litzky conspired with her boyfriend, Roberto Oquendo, to sexually exploit two young children in her custody and care. Litzky, who lived in Florida, caused the children to engage in sexually explicit conduct while Oquendo watched using a video and messaging app from his residence in Virginia. Oquendo created hundreds of screenshots of the explicit visual depictions and transported them to Brevard County, where law enforcement found them on his cell phone.

During an interview with law enforcement officers, Litzky also admitted to producing hundreds of sexually explicit pictures of the children and texting them to Oquendo for his sexual gratification. Law enforcement searched Litzky’s phone and found a sexually explicit image of one of the children, who was two years old at the time the picture was taken.

On August 26, 2019, U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. sentenced Oquendo to 50 years in federal prison for his role in the offenses.
