We visited in the winter but they said in the summertime it was not not. Not cool like AC, but more moderate. Still somewhat kicking myself for not jumping at the chance..it was just too remote for our kiddos in school.

Y w! Do lots of research. The one drawback can be home insurance. Not that they don’t want to cover it (though some don’t) but it’s a relatively new enough structure that they just don’t know much about it. And there’s building codes too..hence why many of these homes are in very rural areas. Have fun!
