That was Venus, FYI. Technically, still is, but the solar system has settled down since then. Pretty sure we rode into the inner solar system, or the "Promised Land", by following the planet Venus after it was ejected from Jupiter, ultimately freeing us from the bonds of Saturn, which may very well have bee our original sun.
