While giving a press conference on Thursday, Feb. 13, at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, Defense Secretary Mark Esper said that the U.S. and the Taliban had negotiated a seven-day reduction in violence. He also said that NATO had agreed to expand its role in the Middle East to combat ISIS and promote stability in the region.

Republican lawmakers, who are investigating the origins of the impeachment effort, want answers from Inspector General Michael Atkinson about his contact with the whistleblower. Congressman Devin Nunes gave Atkinson until Friday to respond or face action from the Department of Justice. One America's John Hines caught up with Nunes and has more from Washington.

I've been able to post images. When images won't post, I've cleared my cache, opened a fresh browser window and solves problem. If that doesn't work, it seems clearing cache and then posting from top of bread response box works for me. Videos not uploading has been due to size. Re-downloading in a smaller size and then retrying to upload has worked for me.
Also in the past, presolving captcha has helped with posting hangups, for me. Just click on the little circle icon with a checkmark in it, another page will pop-up with a captcha to solve.
