And whoever posted it here stripped out the clue that it starts with the same "report circulating in the Kremlin" line as every Sorcha Faal story does:

And that two posts on the 27th of December occurred on the same day and gasp had the same date?

That just means that the most recent thing Trump did on twitter was retweet old stuff from the 11th of February.
