I was looking through my exHD and came across the attached picture.

Old time anons remember these digs.

I'll try to put down some of what I remember and maybe other anons

As I remember it, Otto Skorzeny is old and close to death in a Florida

his story. Says he was a deep state/cabal enforcer, and starts telling

how GHWB use to hang around Nikola Tesla, Tesla called him curious George.

Over the past six months, executives at Hong Kong-based investment firm SC Lowy have been inundated with calls from bankers in China hoping to sell them distressed debt.

 

That is a first in the 11 years since the $2 billion firm was established and underscores how China, after spending two decades trying to clean up bad debt by itself, is finally warming up to foreign capital. The recent phase one trade agreement with Washington paves the way for U.S. financial services companies to apply for asset management licenses that put them on par with their Chinese peers when it comes to buying distressed debt. Once an asset management license is granted, U.S. institutions can directly buy nonperforming loan portfolios from banks and bypass the Chinese companies that currently act as middlemen.

 

Warnings are galore, too, with critics such as Republican U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida urging caution when it comes to buying soured Chinese loans. "A majority of Chinese nonperforming loans go to state-owned enterprises," Rubio wrote last month in an opinion piece for The New York Times. "In the past, when a Chinese bank struggled with financing nonperforming loans on its books, Beijing had to bail it out with Chinese money. But now, under this accord, American savings can do it." PricewaterhouseCoopers estimates China's nonperforming loans and other stressed assets at $1.5 trillion as at the end of 2019 and says the figure has yet to peak. Foreign players such as Oaktree Capital Management, Lone Star Funds, Goldman Sachs, Bain Capital, PAG and CarVal Investors have already moved into the market, and others such as Nomura Holdings and Deutsche Bank see it as an opportunity.

 

Savills Research in a note said that purchase of bad-loan portfolios by foreign players nearly tripled in 2018 to 30 billion yuan from the previous year. That could increase further if investors get clarity on collateral management, pricing and legal recourse, analysts say. "The local liquidity in China is clearly drying up," said Soo Cheon Lee, SC Lowy's chief investment officer. "Over the last six months, we've received an increasing number of inquiries from brokers based in the mainland seeking our investment in distressed debt. This is a marked change for a market which over the past few years has tried to tackle the bad-debts challenge locally," he said. That approach has only delayed and multiplied the problem. Banks powered much of the economic expansion over the past few years, and regulators ignored loose lending as banks used the growth in loans to keep headline numbers in line with levels prescribed by regulators. But with a slowdown well underway, the challenges are fanning out.

 

For the first time in two decades, authorities last year had to intervene and bail out lenders, with Baoshang Bank, Bank of Jinzhou and Hengfeng Bank all needing help. S&P Global Ratings said in a report late last month that more banks will need to be recapitalized, with China Bohai Bank, China Zheshang Bank and Shengjing Bank likely to come under more pressure.

SB2 Decode Shit - Method

 

At the site https://gematrix.org one can type in the gematric value (number), and get a list of words and phrases with the same gematric value. In essense, what SB2 is doing is the equivalent of opening a dictionary, pointing blindly at word and basing the decode on it. It's disingenous at best, completely fabricated at worst.

 

  • He is glib and condecending, offering Peruvian Coffee to those who 'figured out' which phrase POTUS was meaning with his tweet capital letters. If one 'guesses' the same random phrase or word as SB2, that means you are clever.

 

The method used is the same in each one -

 

  • Pick a current habbening

  • Look at POTUS tweets for that day (or any day around it)

  • Take the capital letters from the tweet

  • Calculate the gematric value of the capital letters

  • Find / MAKE UP a phrase or word with the same gematric value

  • Use that phrase or word to connect into the next part of the decode

 

  • Take the timestamp of the tweet and add or subtract 12 hours from it, for instance 5.34 becomes 1734, and so we go to Q post 1734 and the posts before and after to get further meaning for the decode.

  • These are all put together in the final interpretation / decode

 

He does that with every decode, sometimes fudging the numbers too (from the timestamps). Anyway, a story can always be found (made up) from it all.

The government is going to set up seven special tribunals for speedy trials in human trafficking cases as Bangladesh faces risks of US sanctions for not doing enough in combatting the heinous crime.

 

"Seven special tribunals will be established in divisional cities. They will start functioning from March this year," Law Minister Anisul Huq told The Daily Star on Wednesday.

 

The tribunals will surely help speed up the trial process of the human trafficking cases, he said.

 

Over 4,700 human trafficking cases are now pending, Anisul Huq said, expecting that the tribunals, once set up, will try the human traffickers to check such incidents.

 

The development comes after Bangladesh was ranked in Tier 2 Watch List for the last three consecutive years in the US Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report.

 

As per the US law, Bangladesh is not eligible to remain in Tier 2 this year, said the US Embassy in Dhaka in an email response to The Daily Star on January 20.

 

"Either Bangladesh must show significant and increased efforts to meet the minimum standards to eliminate trafficking in persons and achieve a Tier 2 ranking or risk an automatic downgrade to Tier 3," it mentioned.

 

Any country ranked in Tier 3 is subject to severe restrictions and even full curtailment of non-humanitarian, non-trade-related assistance as set forth in Section 110(d)(1) of the US Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), it said.

 

Additionally, the US president may also withhold funding for Bangladesh government officials or employees for participation in educational and cultural exchanges.

 

The president can also instruct the US executive director of each multilateral development bank and the International Monetary Fund to vote against, and use his or her best efforts to deny, any loans or other uses of the institutions' funds to Bangladesh. Only the president himself can waive these restrictions.

Agreed on several points.

The Trump/Q thing has brought many frightening truths to light. I agree that these terrible truths will be a marker, a calling, to those who are moved to pray. Oilman, former Texas governor candidate Williams dies at 88

 

DALLAS (AP) β€” Clayton Williams, a colorful Texas oilman and philanthropist whose 1990 run for governor was derailed after joking about rape and acknowledging he went a year without paying income taxes, has died. He was 88.

 

Williams died Friday at his home in Midland after struggling with pneumonia, his nephew, Clay Pollard, said Saturday. Pollard said Williams spent some time in the hospital after coming down with pneumonia and though he was able to go home, he never really recovered. Or perhaps they were trying to cover something up,” the New York Times wrote. The hack was carried out by a Russian group known as Cozy Bear β€” the same group that analysts believe hacked the Democratic National Committee as well.

 

The Washington Post reported in 2017 that β€œthe NSA was alerted to the compromises by a Western intelligence agency” and that β€œthe ally had managed to hack not only the Russians’ computers, but also the surveillance cameras inside their workspace, according to the former officials.” The officials said the foreign ally β€œmonitored the hackers as they maneuvered inside the U.S. systems and as they walked in and out of the workspace, and were able to see faces.” The foreign intelligence now being scrutinized by Durham likely came from the Netherlands.

 

An article by the Telegraph in 2018 detailed how the Dutch β€œpenetrated the systems of the Russian cyber unit known as Cozy Bear in mid-2014 and monitored them for at least a year” and β€œinformed the CIA and helped remove Cozy Bear from U.S. State Department computers they had hacked into in late 2014” while they β€œalso monitored the Russian hackers as they tried to undermine unclassified computer systems in Congress and the White House.” A piece by Dutch outlet de Volkskrant claimed in 2018 that Dutch intelligence β€œbecame witness to the Russian hackers harassing and penetrating the leaders of the Democratic Party, transferring thousands of emails and documents” and β€œprovided crucial evidence of the Russian involvement in the hacking of the Democratic Party.” The outlet claimed the Dutch information was β€œalso grounds for the FBI to start an investigation into the influence of the Russian interference on the election.” Durham β€œasked questions that appear aimed at understanding how analysts reached their conclusion and who drove that process … and whether and how information from foreign governments or the CIA played any role in stoking suspicions at the FBI about Trump campaign links to Russia,” sources cited by the New York Times said.
