Can someone help me out? I am trying to redpill my business attorney. I was talking about the Fake News Media and mentioned Obama signing a bill legalizing propaganda back in 2012. Can someone direct me to the specific document(and page) to evidence this? I have been looking and can't seem to find it. I know we keep talking about it, but there is nothing like reading it for one's self to prove it.

I wanted to read the actual text. If you have bothered to do so, you will know you have to go to other Acts to even understand what was banned prior to the Smith-Mundt Act. Essentially you have to read between the lines to figure out intent.

It doesn't simply state what is permissable and what isn't.
