I'm thinking they start tallying the votes early on Primary day then once they have enough to ensure their Dem candidate wins the Dem primary, they fill in all the harvested ballots for the Repulican party to sabotage a future Trump from winning Republican Primary

They did this in the election in 2018. A number of districts had Republican wins then the Dems filled in a bunch of harvested ballots in the evening/night and by next day the districts had all flipped Dem.
