Anyway, my suggestion would have been
to present the ladies with visual mock-ups of the internals of their respective houses.
Totally glamming them up.
Get them all-in on how beautiful each of
their very own living spaces are, with all
the selling-points of sound-proofing, privacy,
own "space", then closed with a "What if?"
where there's animation of each separate
"house" merging into this big, beautiful
house, and having THE house be the final shot.
You each get everything you want, and MOAR!
Might have gotten them warmed-up to the
idea and had them in a more receptive
state for the rest of the pitch.
