Was looking at Lexington and Concord angle. There was once a California town, now underwater after the Lexington Reservoir was built. Might be a tie-in because,when water gets diverted, farmers down-river might not get the water they need.

Concord? There is also a Concord, CA that us also in Northern CA. Dunno. Maybe grape farmers not getting the water they’re supposed to get?
