I was listening to Helter Skelter and there were so many little things that kept jumping out at me. The girls who were willing to talk to the cops if they were given candy made me think of the Hampstead Heath interviews when the kids were talking about how the teachers were offering the kids their favorite candy during the abuse parties.
The book also mentions famous musicians who hung around the family. Then it talks about after the murders when all the famous actors and stuff were all scared their homes would be searched so they were all flushing drugs, etc. I don't know. I think Charlie Manson has an MK Ultra link and I think his 'family' was bigger than we know- and it is still alive and kicking.
