Twatter names their images acc. to some alphanumeric scheme that correlates with time & date.
Been shown here several times. Not hard to find out when you have a good memory and some observation skills.
Apart from the fact that it isn't "dory", or "wake" or "dvd", yes, for someone who understands twatter's system of naming files it wouldn't be too hard to time posting of an image so that it has some likehood of getting some certain name assigned to it.
