Something to think about.

We have been bitching the past 9 months that Fox is turning liberal and towing the line for the cabal.

Trump has attacked Neil Cavuto, Shepard Smith, Wallace and others.And has talked about how Good Fox was in 2016, and how they are so much worse now, heading in the wrong direction.

Many conservatives freaked when Fox hired and added donna Brazille.

 

People have been tuning out and walking away from CNN and Msnbc the past 2 years, especially after Mueller.

Afterwards, last summer, is when fox seemed to start pivoting.

Maybe it was all on purpose( like a trap).

Trump past couple of months talking bad about Fox, and then fox has highest ratings month ever, highest viewership this month.

 

Drawing in the other news viewers, slowly dropping small light red pills on them. And when time is right, the will start dropping bigger red pills.

HOUSTON, Texas (News Release) – The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Texas the ACLU National filed a lawsuit against seven East Texas cities challenging the ordinances that prohibit abortion providers and advocates from operating within their city limits.

 

The cities being sued are Waskom, Naples, Joaquin, Tenaha, Rusk, Wells, and Gary.

 

The ACLU is representing two organizations, Lilith Fund and Texas Equal Access Fund (TEA Fund). Both organizations support people who need abortions and advocate for the right to access abortion.

 

The lawsuit claims that the ordinances violate their right to free expression and association protected under the First Amendment.

 

“We’re not going to cave, we will stand and fight and show them (ACLU) what being a Texan is all about,” said Mark Lee Dickson is a statement who represents Right to Life.

 

“These ordinances are unconstitutional,” said Anjali Salvador, staff attorney for the ACLU of Texas. “Abortion is legal in every state and city in the country, and cities cannot punish pro-abortion organizations for carrying out their important work – especially when they do so in a way that violates their First Amendment rights.”

 

“These anti-abortion ordinances are part of a nationwide attack on abortion access,” said Brigitte Amiri, deputy director of the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project. “Whether they are bans on abortion, attempts to close clinics, or moves to silence people who support abortion access, the ACLU will fight against these unconstitutional and cruel measures.”

 

On June 22, 2019, Waskom became the first city in Texas to pass an ordinance becoming a ‘Sanctuary City for the Unborn.’ Soon after, six other East Texas cities followed suit. The ordinances state that if Roe v. Wade is ever overturned, abortion will be unlawful within the cities. In addition, the ordinances named eight reproductive rights organizations as “criminal organizations” and declared it unlawful for them to “operate within” the cities including several that do not perform abortions.

 

“A major part of our work is to make sure every Texan knows their rights and can find legitimate, fact-based information about getting an abortion – regardless of income or zip code,” said Amanda Beatriz Williams, executive director of Lilith Fund. “These would-be abortion bans are deliberately designed to confuse people about their rights and push safe abortion care further out of reach. By joining this lawsuit, we’re fighting back against the lies and sending a message that all Texas communities deserve the rights, resources, and information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.”

 

“These extreme ordinances are a tactic for abortion opponents to score political points by infringing on our ability to educate and activate communities about their rights and the resources available to them,” said Kamyon Connor, executive director for Texas Equal Access Fund. “Access to reproductive care including abortion, which is still legal, allows individuals and families to receive the support needed to thrive in our state. Texas Equal Access Fund is proud to help people access abortion care and we will fight to protect our ability to continue doing this necessary work.”

 

Anti-abortion activists traveled to each of these cities to convince city officials to enact these ordinances. In the last year, the ACLU has blocked unconstitutional abortion bans and restrictions in other states.

 

The suit is being brought by the ACLU of Texas, the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project, and the ACLU Speech, Privacy and Technology Project before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas

In Disney theme parks, the utilidor system is a system of some of the world's largest utility tunnels, mainly for Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom in Florida.

 

The utilidors, short for utility corridors, are a part of Disney's "backstage" (behind-the-scenes) area. They allow Disney employees ("cast members") to perform park support operations, such as trash removal, and for costumed characters to quickly reach their destinations on the surface out of the sight of guests to avoid ruining the illusion that is being created.

 

These tunnels were first built for Magic Kingdom. Smaller utilidor systems are built under the central section of Epcot's Future World, primarily beneath Spaceship Earth and Innoventions, and formerly at Pleasure Island.

 

Disneyland, in California, also has a small utilidor system running throughout Tomorrowland.

Bob Iger will step down as Disney CEO and assume the role of executive chairman, Disney announced on Tuesday.

 

Bob Chapek, who most recently served as chairman of Disney parks, experiences and products, will assume the role of CEO, effective immediately, Disney announced. Chapek will continue to report to Iger and be appointed to the board of directors at a later date.

Earlier he added Star Wars and Marvel movies through its acquisitions of Lucasfilm and Marvel Entertainment, each for about $4 billion. “With the successful launch of Disney’s direct-to-consumer businesses and the integration of Twenty-First Century Fox well underway, I believe this is the optimal time to transition to a new CEO,” Iger said in a statement.

 

Iger had been planning his succession for a while, saying at Disney’s investor day last year that “2021 will be the time for me to finally step down.”

 

Iger has been CEO of Disney since 2005. He’s pushed back his retirement several times in recent years, and Tuesday’s succession announcement came as a surprise.

On a call with investors shortly after the announcement, Iger addressed the timing of his announcement, which happened 22 months before he was expected to retire at the end of 2021. Iger said he decided to step down now because he wanted to focus on the creative side now that major projects like the Fox merger and launch of Disney+ were behind him. Iger said he would be able to help transition Chapek into the role while serving as executive chairman.

 

“With everything else falling into place, the time seemed right,” Iger said.

 

Chapek told investors that he has already had some exposure to the media and direct-to-consumer businesses in which he has not been directly involved in the past because Iger has encouraged his direct reports to interact.

Megyn Kelly revealed that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy sent a letter to ABC News President James Goldston demanding answers for why the network did not run a report from a Jeffrey Epstein accuser. Kelly broke the news on her social media accounts on Sunday evening.

 

Earlier this month, Project Veritas released a video of ABC News reporter Amy Robach discussing the information she received years earlier from Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre on a hot mic. The reporter can be heard expressing her frustration surrounding ABC News's refusal to air the interview and claimed that the network made the decision after receiving threats from Buckingham Palace when they had found out Prince Andrew was implicated in the story. She also alleged that Epstein might have been murdered.

 

McCarthy, in his letter to Goldston, demands answers behind the network's decision not to air Robach's story. He asks the network six questions and they are:

 

  1. Will ABC News provide Congress the interview Ms. Robach conducted with the victim?

  2. What did ABC News learn about Jeffrey Epstein after Ms. Robach first presented her story to executives?

  3. Who was involved win deciding this story was not of public interest, and what were there reasons for deciding so?

  4. Can Ms. Robach expand on the “outside forces” she mentioned as potentially responsible for the story not running?

  5. Was ABC News ever presented with additional evidence on Mr. Epstein from the time Ms. Robach first brought her investigation too the network and when he ultimately arrested?

  6. Were authorities alerted at any time after Ms. Robach presented ABC News executives with her reporting? If so, when and what was provided?

As the novel coronavirus continues to spread around the globe, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday accused the governments of China and Iran of censoring information about the outbreaks in their countries and putting the rest of the world at greater risk of its spread.

 

The top U.S. diplomat's sharp tone towards Beijing was matched by Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar, who told Congress on Tuesday that the world is not getting reliable data out of China on issues like mortality rates.

 

"Censorship. It can have deadly consequences," Pompeo said Tuesday at the State Department. "Had China permitted its own and foreign journalists and medical personnel to speak and investigate freely, Chinese officials and other nations would have been far better prepared to address the challenge."

 

The flow of accurate information out of China, he added, is critical to assisting not just the Chinese people, but also "citizens across the world." He called on all governments to "tell the truth about coronavirus and cooperate with international aid organizations."

Since he had explained that the security situation has gotten worse, Pardo said he is disturbed by Israel failing to define its goals and acting as if time was on its side.

The former Mossad chief said that all that is left is for random rounds of fighting to break out and that Israel only deals with tactics and “sends the IDF to put out fires with whatever tools it has and limits on its firepower” - but still with no ability to get to an end game and set strategic long-term goals.

Pardo said that part of the blame is on the general public for failing to make a decisive decision over this past year in the repeated elections regarding what government it wants.

Next, Pardo was asked about whether the government and prime minister can undertake daring security moves when it is in the state of being a transitional government.

He responded that “during the era of [Yitzhak] Rabin, [Ariel] Sharon and others, leaders ordered major daring and risky operations even during election season. These operations, if they had failed, could lead to the leaders to having to resign – and yet they took the hard decisions.”

Pardo said he did not see this same readiness with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today.

So you are 100% confident my elderly parents have absolutely nothing to worry about? Are you absolutely sure they are not at risk? Or does "you and your families" are safe mean just the trump supporters that contribute to the stock market.

 

Are you sure it is fine to ignore all the evidence and send my elderly parents on a trip to a state like California with 8000 quarantined? Is Q assuring us that our elderly relatives with their weakened immune system are 100% safe?

 

Or are you like the rest of the kids all over the internet saying it's no big deal because it only kills the elderly?

 

Does POTUS and Q consider the early death of our parents a reasonable sacrifice?

"We expect we will see community spread in this country," said Dr. Nancy Messonnier, director of the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. "It's not so much a question of if this will happen anymore, but rather more a question of exactly when this will happen and how many people in this country will have severe illness."

 

The agency tweeted Tuesday evening that Americans should think about getting ready.

 

"Now is the time for US businesses, hospitals, and communities to begin preparing for the possible spread of #COVID19," it wrote, referring to the name the World Health Organization has given the novel coronavirus. "CDC continues to work with business, education & healthcare sectors, encouraging employers to be prepared."

 

Messonnier said her agency wants people to understand their lives might be disrupted.

 

"We are asking the American public to work with us to prepare in the expectation that this could be bad," she said.

 

She said CDC officials have been saying for weeks that while they hope the spread won't be severe in the United States, they are planning as if it could be.

 

"The data over the last week, and the spread in other countries, has certainly raised our level of concern and raised our level of expectation" of community spread, she said.

 

The CDC still doesn't know what that will look like, she added. Community spread could be reasonably mild or very severe.

 

Americans should also talk to employers about working online and talk to doctor's offices about telehealth, the CDC says.

 

Messonnier said she talked her family and told them that while they are not at risk right now, they should plan for what to do if their lives were significanly impacted. She said she called the children's school district about what would happen if schools need to close.
