not in the give advice mode but you've answered your own question. Do not forget silver. Many years of suppression that will be uncovered. The current gold silver ratio is now 88.40. Which means that for every one oz of gold you can buy 88.4 oz's of silver. Spread it out in both. You won't be sorry.

good place to start. Don't get anything bigger than 10oz bars in silver, go with the 1 oz rounds. Also do not go with numismatic coins as you are just paying for what someone else thinks it's worth. Stick with generic 1 oz rounds or bars and start going to your local coin shop and ask questions.
