Not saying that POTUS will not be in the middle of an advertised trip abroad when events in the plan start happening, but to assume with each and every foreign trip that "IT'S HAPPENING" - well, if that were to be the case, I'd be looking for an extended block of time when there are no scheduled events on his itinerary. Maybe like a down time said to be a 19 hour trip home. Still, I doubt we will be able to predict the date and time so easily. One would assume such secure travel plans would be under wraps, similar to his surprise visits to war zones during the holidays.
