Speed is determined by habbenings just as well as Q. For instance, POTUS rallies can go fast. As well as Dim Debates. Or even a POTUS foreign engagement. Daytime hours, breads are usually 2 to 3 hours, without any habbenings (but there's ALWAYS habbenings now). The hour we are at now can stretch a bread up to 5 hours, but averages around 4. Watch Q come now and eat this bread in an hour, kek.
