Last year (or maybe the year before) the Army did a crappy job of informing the public and one soldier was shot by an alert civilian for looking too damned much like an armed terrorist.

Hopefully they will do a better job of getting the word out this year. Also, hopefully, if they don't, I hope the soldiers don't meet up with a better shot.
