Quick thought: When a headline says Hillary and Donald were "friends", were they really and sincerely FRIENDS or just acquaintances who behind closed doors hated each other? If everyone who had even a mild dislike for each other were out grappling in public then nothing would ever get done. And if Trump calls Epstein a "terrific guy," how do we know this isn't just more of Trump's friendly talk but then with a wink and a nod of "I know what you are Jeff" when he PUBLICLY brings up Jeff's love for "younger girls"? Does that SOUND like something a friend would accuse a friend of in public? Could it be argued that the MSM would want Trump's most loyal to think that Trump is actually dirty too?
