you do not want to use the cheap ozonators or ionizers. repeat do not.
risks - off gassing, no oxygen source so it's not very useful. Ionizers on air filters can create bad side effects - research it.
for a water ozonator - Idk I haven't been in the market since I bought the full medical grade system a few years ago, but for ozone water you would want the highest purity.
