The Captain stalled that airplane, never firewalled the throttles (that airplane has the power and will fly right out of a full stall condition) and right in the middle of him wrestling with the airplane his inexperienced First Officer retracted the flaps killing whatever lift was left. DONE. Truly a coincidence that SkyKing stole and purposely crashed the other Q400 at KSEA.
