Well, Jim seems to be a white rabbit, teasing the Cabal foxes to out themselves. He travelled all over California, doing live YouTube videos from specific locations, some of them with known Cabal connections. He may very well have been provoking them to attempt a 187 on him.

Now we know that the Philippines was the major supplier of sex slaves in the Marcos era, and they still have a big pedo related industry. So the fact that he was located there fits with the idea of an undercover agent collecting intel and supporting operations.

Even the very existence of 8kun seems to be designed to provoke attacks, and I am now certain that we will see civil lawsuits to take down the Cabal minion companies who were involved.
