Q isn't one person, so your assumption must be wrong. Are you new, or have you forgotten? Q is a group of no more than 10 people, three of whom are civilians and the rest are military.
Historical precedent. Earth's moon was the first Moon, and for many moons was the only known moon. Hence, Earth's Moon should always be capitalized just as Venus, Mars, etc. should also be capitalized, because they are proper nouns.
Other moons, such as Jupiter's moons, Saturn's moons, etc. the word "moon" isn't capitalized, but that moon's proper name (e.g. "Io") is capitalized.
